NORMA KAMALI CHIC
Putting the word chic next to Norma Kamali is kind of redundant. Kamali’s fashions are as chic as they get. Simple yet modern and always versatile. This may be the only time I’m able to put a designer’s name in my title and not have to add the word “faux.” See: Faux Cavalli Chic and Faux Versace Chic. In my opinion, the Kamali for Walmart line is the best designer collaboration I’ve seen at any discount retailer. Thoughts?
This is an outfit Norma would approve of because of the draping and use of the items. The “skirt” is actually a sweetheart dress and the top is supposed to be a cover-up/cardigan but is made to be worn many different ways, like most Kamali pieces. I wanted to take her stuff and reinvent it in a new way. I hope you like it.

How on earth did you style that cardigan? Love the blog, BTW.
How can I explain this in a way that’ll make sense? I put it on her so the front was hanging down in a loop (you can see a pic of how that looks on Walmart’s site), then I took the hanging fabric and threw it over her shoulder and used a belt to keep it in place.
