Can a girl ever get enough flowers? The answer is no, as proven by this outfit!

I fell in love with this polka dot high waist skirt the minute I saw it at JCPenney. It cinches the waist and the pleating allow it to flow perfectly as you walk. Nothing says “chic” like a graceful stroll in a flowy skirt. Now get this… the tank is actually a neon workout top! With all the neon that’s been happening this season, no one would ever guess it was meant for sweating. You can always count on the athletic department for true highlighter neon tops. They’re MUCH cheaper than buying the trendy ones at American Apparel! To top off the look, I added a flower pin to the tank to make the outfit pop and pay homage to one of my all time favorite style icons, Carrie Bradshaw.
