I love the combination of the oversized vest with baggy boyfriend jeans and heeled booties, which transforms the look from slouchy to chic. The cheetah print clutch from Walmart adds a funky touch to the outfit and ties in all the colors. The fact that it costs $4.66 is just icing on the cake!
