SHERBET CHIC (AS CREATED BY ASHLEY)

**Winner for the name of the outfit is Ms. Ashley for the title “SHERBET CHIC”. Congrats!!! It was a tough choice but we felt Ashley went for something original that we would have never thought of…AND sherbet does happen to be my favorite ice cream flavor!**

It’s time for another contest to see who can come up with the BEST name for this outfit. As all my Pennies know, every post title describes an outfit using the word “chic” (example: grad school chic). Sometimes I am out of ideas and can’t quite pinpoint the look so I need your help!! The reader with the best answer wins one item of his/her choosing that’s been featured on the blog (and is sold on walmart.com)!

Respond in the comment box!

And….while you’re at it, check out this slideshow that Glamour.com published today with their favorite fashion bloggers giving “sneaky style tricks”. I’m number 11!

  2. Labor Day Weekend Chic

and BTW—-I’ve been reading your blog for months—- for years I’ve been checking out Wal Mart fashion whenever I was in the store. I’ve bought lots of items throughout the years, mixed them with my ‘regular’ wardrobe and am always shocked by the number of compliments I receive when I wear them!

Keep up the good work and congratulations on the great media coverage!! You go!!

  7. I think that the colors and florals are perfect for a trip to the “pick your own farm”, so I’d call this “Cherry Picking Chic”
