I’m turning 25 in less than a month and feeling some major tween envy. In my next life, I think I’d like to be Miley Cyrus. So it shouldn’t be any surprise that these cuffed shorts, the focal point of the ensemble, are none other than part of Ms. Cyrus’ Walmart collection. I know the pink leopard headband turned bracelet might be hard for some of you to get down with, but I enjoy a pop of color. And you know I love me some animal print. The silk-screened lace shirt has rhinestone embellishments scattered throughout. For $10, I’d say that’s quite the bargain.

Lately, I’m into pairing different shades of the same color family in one ensemble. I know it’s breaking all the rules in fashion, but actually, as of late, it’s become popular on the runway for Spring. See Phillip Lim’s Spring 2011 collection. The gray flats can be purchased online and are said to have a “wide width,” something usually hard to come by in ballerina flats.

  1. I LOVE the Suzie Rose line! I wish my Wal-Mart would restock or order more of these tops! I found several great fun additions to my wardrobe that are still comfortable and appropriate at my job!
