Ooooo… I like this dress! Could be worn into fall with a cute pair of dark tights and booties and a sweet little short sweater/jacket (and a royal purple belt of course!) Five bucks won’t even buy you a good zipper that long, never mind the fabric and the wherewithal to sew it up.
