Mother of two, Maggie, models for Penny Chic again, but this time in a fun and trendy sleeveless dress! Like Maggie in the photo, I think we’re all patiently waiting inside for Spring to officially begin! If you’re a mom, this doesn’t mean you have to resort to the leggings and t-shirt everyday. Your model, Maggie, looks so pretty. Love the natural style of her hair and make up. I really like the pattern/color of the dress and the top part but not so much below the bust. The dress shape looks maternity style; which is not how new mommies want to look after they’ve had the baby. I think the cut of the dres may be off which gives it the impression of a maternity style .
I love Target’s dresses. I have a ton of them. I am plus sized, so I doubt this particular dress would come in my size, but they always have great ones that are flattering and very cute. FYI for the plus sized mommies out there.
I’m not a mom at all, but I would totally wear this dress! I really love the bright and exciting pattern it’s got going on. It’s one of those easy pieces that doesn’t need too much styling, it just works on its own!
Ooo, I’m excited to see this on here. I just bought this dress in a different pattern and until it warms up I plan to pair it with tights or leggings and a cardigan.
Just saw this dress (and several other patterns too) today at my Target on clearance for $7.48. It’s even cuter in person although I definitely would still need a strapless bra with it.
Haha, it’s snowing to beat the band where I live right now. This is SO only a dream for me at the moment. I think the skirt would flow better and look less “maternity” if it were in a jersey, this cotton mix fabric is a bit too stiff and stands away from her body. Could also be that the sizing in the fabric is causing the stiffness and it will be better after a first wash. As a mommy, that will definitely be at the end of the day, lol.
