Penny Chic’s favorite blogga from anotha motha, Mr. Kate, rocks out in another affordable chic ensemble. This time (see last time) it’s all about mixing and matching prints and colors. The tribal print and polka dots have nothing in common yet when they’re put together, it somehow works!
