Jacey, Damsel in Dior’s Southern belle blogger is back on Penny Chic! This time, the haute couture aficionado styled herself in a head-to-toe outfit for less than $50! The Kmart belted tank dress is only $17, which is a steal considering it comes with the belt. Jacey kept the look casual with Walmart flats, instead of going for heels. I think that was the right choice! This dress looks good when it’s worn casually. When worn with heels and lots of jewelry, it risks looking a little overdone.
Speaking of carefree, what do you usually wear when you’re in a carefree mood? I usually go for a flowy maxi dress. For me, they’re always the most comfortable!
