Today’s look is a great example of how the recent OVERALLS trend can be both classic and “cool” at the same time. In order to achieve that balance, I opted for vintage denim, and paired the overalls with my favorite essentials from Hanes to offset the worn-in vibe with a more polished and clean appearance. I call it my Hanes Off Duty Style look.

You guys know how much I love my Hanes Ultimate Bandini . This white wirefree bra I’m wearing can be used for both all day support under your tees, and as a stretchy cropped top under overalls, tanks, and off-the-shoulder dresses. It’s a total wardrobe MUST for those looking for a comfortable bra alternative!

I love the combination of dark denim with CRISP white and pastel colors. In this case, it was as easy as throwing on a Hanes Fleece Crew Sweatshirt over my shoulders. Blush tones like this pale pink are great for infusing a touch of color without overwhelming your look. As much as I love graphic and embellished sweaters, it’s refreshing to find a classic solid sweatshirt that can be used as an everyday staple. These retail for $12.00 on the Hanes website. If that’s not a steal, then I don’t know what is!

What basics do you pair your denim with? Let me know in the comments!

  2. I have to say that you really pulled off the overalls well! Overalls can be really tricky, but I think you might have the right idea. Be sure to keep us updated on how you might choose to adjust this look.
