I started reading your blog just a couple weeks ago, and you have totally inspired me — I haven’t been to Wal-Mart in 5+ yrs, but I went last week and came home with a dress, skirt, 2 tees, belt, scarf, and a bottle of wine. (And I think the wine cost more than any of the clothing items!) Thanks for putting together such a fun & inspiring blog!
Congratulations on your GMA segment. I found your blog about 4 months ago when I googled “norma kamali”. I love they way you style an outfit especially the kamali line. Walmart does not provide their customers with ideas thru manequins or merchandising. (Perhaps, that’s the savings.) You are great at creating a vision and you have definitely inspired many purchases. The funny thing is, I have received many compliments and when I say it’s from Walmart, people are like “really???” I wish you much success.
G you are exactly right with everything you said. Walmart doesn’t spend any $$ on merchandising because they want to keep the costs low! I’m trying to provide that imagination for people and I’m so happy to hear that it’s working!! xoxo

Saw your piece on GMA this morning and finally made my way to your blog! I am hooked! I love it! Aftrr starting grad school, I’m broke and tired but hey at least I can still look classy! Cant wait to see what you have for next season (I love fall accessories!).
