This outfit encompasses everything it means to be resourceful. Here I have taken a dress I’ve worn before (See Hokey Pokey Chic) and reinvented it as a skirt. All you have to do is tuck the straps in and cinch it with a belt to cover up the evidence. The lace top is actually a bustier from a lingerie label sold at Walmart called Smart and Sexy. Their whole mission is that every woman should be able to afford a matching bra and underwear that fits and makes them feel sexy. I wear their bras all the time and can say the quality is no different if not better than Victoria’s Secret!
