GUEST STYLIST: ANDREA OF A.SWEET
I am pleased to announce the PC debut of Andrea Trujillo, owner of A.Sweet Boutique and blog, who also happens to be one of my dearest friends! Andrea and I are like-minded entrepreneurs who are all about girl power support and also have a minor obsession with sushi. At just 31, Andrea runs her own boutique in Beverly Hills and has an E-commerce site. Her boutique is a magical, colorful space that’s half couture candy and half women’s clothes and accessories! I’ve been known to steal a swedish fish or two (or 10) while shopping.
I invited Ms. Trujillo to put her sweet styling skills to the test and show us how she would dress herself in affordable clothes head-to-toe. Seems fitting that she would choose a SWEETheart dress (sorry…had to) as the centerpiece of the whole outfit. I love the pop of tangerine on the clutch and the tulle peeking out from the bottom of the dress. There’s two different color belts being used here. They’re just thin enough where it’s ok to wear 2 at a time. Sometimes, it’s the smallest details that make the most significant difference in an outfit .
Even though summer is technically over, in LA it was 90 degrees yesterday so a summery outfit like this one would have been just right! What was the weather like where you live?

I love that dress and the way it was styled. The tulle peeking out at the bottom helps to really make it stand out and not just be another sundress! Love it!
