The material is extremely soft and it has a little stretch in it. The best part is that they’re $10 on clearance. Can’t beat that. This whole outfit is $50 top to bottom including the jewelry.

What is the waistband like on the chinos? Does it have any elastic? I’m a size 14 butt with a small waist. I have the worst time finding pants that fit!
They sit on the hips, not waist. It has some stretch, but not elastic. It closes with a button. The’re extremely comfortable!
