This is the second time Team Penny Chic has worked out with Anna Renderer from POPSUGAR Fitness (check out the first time here!). This time, we asked Anna for a full-body workout to help us burn off the Thanksgiving and holiday calories.
The 5 Minute Workout:
Butt Kicks – 15 seconds
Run in place, heels to butt.
Skip in Place – 15 seconds
Make sure you get your knees high on this one!
Squats – 30 seconds
For best results, bring your elbows to your knees.
Arm Circle Push-Ups – 15 seconds
Hold a plank position. Put body weight on one arm and do an arm circle with the other arm. Switch sides and repeat.
Mountain Climbers – 15 seconds
Start in plank position and alternating bring knees to chest.
*Go through entire workout 3 times.
